Abstract

Social partnership as a system of institutional cooperation between government, trade unions and employers is a major phenomenon for continental Western Europe, which is a guarantee of inclusive development and establishment of peace.

Depending on the country's economic situation and changes in the world economy, the government can be more or less dependent on the behaviors imposed by the trade unions.

As the economic situation worsens, the government focuses more directly on the political situation and trade union proposals, and conversely, when the economic situation improves, the government is less dependent on the behavior of trade unions.
