Abstract

Research Objective: The objective of this study is to identify the key regional challenges affecting agricultural development and to analyze economic policy measures aimed at overcoming these constraints. The research focuses on structural, institutional, and financial barriers that limit productivity, competitiveness, and sustainable growth in the agricultural sector across different regions.

Methodological Approach: The study employs a qualitative and quantitative research approach, combining comparative regional analysis, review of policy documents, and analysis of statistical data related to agricultural production, investment, and rural development. General scientific methods such as analysis, synthesis, and induction are applied to assess the effectiveness of existing economic policies.

Main Results and Implications: The findings indicate that uneven regional development, limited access to finance, inadequate infrastructure, and low adoption of modern technologies remain the primary obstacles to agricultural growth. The study demonstrates that targeted economic policies, including regional investment incentives, support for small and medium-sized farms, and improved access to innovation and markets, can significantly enhance agricultural performance and reduce regional disparities. The results may be useful for policymakers, researchers, and stakeholders involved in agricultural and regional development planning.

Keywords: Agricultural development, regional disparities, economic policy, rural development, investment incentives.
