Abstract

In the article, the essence and importance of service quality problems in various sectors of Georgia are discussed. Selected and characterized factors that are the main provoking circumstances of the problem. The research results are evaluated, the ways of improvement and improvement of service quality are described in detail, critical conclusions and important recommendations are presented.
