Criteria for Publication

The requirement of the scientific and practical journal ,,The New Economist”, is that the article should be original and not published anywhere before publication;

It is allowed to use fragments of the article, for example, graphs, tables, images, etc.

Structure of Journal

  1. Title Page* - Article title should be concise and informative, max. 100 characters with spaces. Titles are often used in information retrieval systems, avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible.

Article title: Times New Roman; 14 pt; bold; alignment centered; single line spacing; All Caps.

Example: Digital Economics Information Communication Technology;

Author name and title: Times New Roman; bold; 14 pt; single-line spacing; alignment centered.

2. Abstract - All articles should start with the abstract, between 200 and 300 words. The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the research intention, the methods, the principal results and major conclusions.

2.1 An article in Georgian must be accompanied by an annotation in English, also Information about the title and author (s), as well as keywords;

2.2 An article in English must be accompanied by an annotation in Georgian, also Information about the title and author (s), as well as keywords;

3. Key Words*, Words or phrases related to this research and used to index the article, no more than 8 words;

4. Introduction*- state the relevance of the topic, formulate goals and objectives, discuss the literature on the topic;

5. Methodology or Theoretical Framework - Detailed description of the research methods and materials used in the research;

6. Results of the Research - Characteristics of the research results and the data obtained, their visualization with the corresponding illustrations (figures, graphs, tables);

7. Analysis and Interpretation of Results Obtained - Analyze and critically evaluate research results, compare them with earlier publications;

8. Conclusions* - Evaluate and summarize the practical value of the article, making important recommendations for future research.

9. References and Citation*:

9.1 The list of references used in the article should be placed at the end of the article*.

9.2 Author (s) of used literature; If used literature has an author or authors, the list of authors will be listed alphabetically *. In addition, the following style must be observed:

9.2.1. Book:

9.2.1.a.a. In case of a book, indicate: surname and initials of the author (s), title of the book, publishing house (in quotation marks), city where it was published, year of publication, total number of pages of the book *.

Eg: 11. Karchava L., Business Communications. Loi, Tbilisi, 2012, 328 p.

And the source is used in the square bracket at the end of the quote: the serial number of this book in the list of used literature and the page from which the quote is taken *.

It is also allowed to add the author (s) surname, eg: [11. Karchava, p. 234], ie we must indicate the serial number, the author's surname is allowed, and the initial is not required;

10. Article

10.1. The article published in the journal includes the author's surname and initials, full title, full title of the journal (in quotation marks). Year, Volume, [Number,] p. Beginning-Ending *.

11. E-book

11.1 An article from the Internet here, just like a regular article, will be accompanied by a link to where this article is located and the last verification date *.

11.2. Publications that the author does not have, such as normative acts, encyclopedias, explanatory dictionaries, etc. It is written in the literature list after the list of authors is exhausted. Here, too, it is desirable to sort the list of books, editions, among similar books, if their number is more than 1 *.

11.3. Books that do not have an author but have an editor or editorial board will then indicate the surname and initials of the editor or editor-in-chief *.

12. Website

If the source is the Global Information Network - Web site, then the link should be complete and when it was last checked - number, month, year *.

13. Footnote

The footnote is used if the author wants to give a detailed explanation at the end of a specific sentence, or even for a word explanation *.

13.1. As our magazine and the articles published in it will be included in international databases, there the programme reads (searches) only in the Latin alphabet, it is obligatory to indicate Georgian literature in Latin letters in the list of used literature at the end of the article in Georgian.

This will require the presentation of "used literature" in two different formats: 1. In Georgian letters - usually for the printed version; 2. In Latin letters - for the electronic version.

For example, someone used Lloyd Karchava's book "Business Communications".

It should be recorded as follows:

Georgian: 11. Karchava L., Business Communications. Loi, Tbilisi, 2012, 328 p.

English: 11. Karchava L., Bisneskomunikaciebi, „loi“, Tb., 2012, 328 gv.

14. Other technical requirements:

14.1. The text should be typed in Word, Sylfaen, font size 12, spacing between rows - 1,5, field spacing on the right-left side 2 and 3 cm. Respectively, upper and lower - 2.5 and 2.5 cm. The text must be typed without dragging. Spreadsheets converted to JPEG format. The minimum length of the article should be 8 pages in A4 format *.

14.2. The article is published in Georgian, English, Russian, German and French. In any case, it is necessary to provide an annotation in Georgian and English languages ​​in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3 *.

14.3 The cost of publishing an article is 10 GEL per page of the journal, which the author will pay after receiving a positive review, and the cost of the journal - 1 pc. 10 GEL or 5 USD – (Georgian Lary - Georgian Currency) *.

ავტორთა საყურადღებოდ

ჟურნალის მე-4 ნომრისთვის სტატიების მიღების ბოლო ვადაა - deadline, 2020 წლის 10 დეკემბერი.

სტატიები მიიღება შემდეგი მოთხოვნების გათვალისწინებით:

  • სამეცნიერო-პრაქტიკული ჟურნალის - ,,The New Economist“-ის მოთხოვნაა, რომ სტატია იყოს ორიგინალური და პუბლიკაციამდე არსად გამოქვეყნებული;
  • დასაშვებია სტატიის ფრაგმენტების, მაგალითად, გრაფიკების, ცხრილების, სურათების და ა.შ. გამოყენება;

სამეცნიერო სტატია უნდა მოიცავდეს შემდეგ ნაწილებს:

  1. სათაური - Title, მოკლე, ინფორმაციული სათაური, რომელიც სტატიის შინაარსს გამოხატავს;
  2. ავტორთა ჩამონათვალი - Authors, ავტორ(ებ)ის სახელ(ებ)ი, გვარ(ებ)ი, აკადემიური ხარისხი, უმაღლეს სასწავლებელში დაკავებული თანამდებობა, საკონტაქტო ინფორმაცია - ( ელ-ფოსტა, ტელ. ნომერი); ავტორ(ებ)ის სურათის ელექტრონული ვერსია JPEG-ში, ზომით 3X4-ზე;
  3. ანოტაცია - skeleton argument, სტატიის მოკლე შინაარსი კვლევის მიზნებისა და ამოცანების, გამოყენებული კვლევის მეთოდების, მიღებული შედეგების ზოგადი აღწერა, მინიმუმ 200, მაქსიმუმ 300 სიტყვა;

3.1. ქართულ ენაზე შესრულებულ სტატიას, აუცილებლად უნდა ახლდეს ანოტაციის ინგლისური ვერსია, სადაც სრულად იქნება იგივე ინფორმაცია სათაურისა და ავტორ(ებ)ის შესახებ, ასევე, საკვანძო სიტყვებიც;

3.2. ინგლისურ ენაზე შესრულებულ სტატიას უნდა ახლდეს ქართულ ენაზე შესრულებული ანოტაცია, სადაც სრულად იქნება იგივე ინფორმაცია სათაურისა და ავტორ(ებ)ის შესახებ, ასევე, საკვანძო სიტყვებიც;

4 . საკვანძო სიტყვები - Key Words, სიტყვები ან ფრაზები, რომლებიც ასოცირებულია მოცემულ კვლევასთან და გამოიყენება სტატიის ინდექსირებისათვის, მაქსიმუმ 8 სიტყვა;

5. შესავალი - Introduction, თემის აქტუალურობის წარმოჩენა, მოცემული კვლევის დასაბუთება, ნაშრომის მიზნებისა და ამოცანების ჩამოყალიბება, მოცემული თემის ირგვლივ არსებული ლიტერატურის მიმოხილვა;

6. კვლევის მეთოდოლოგია - Methodology or Theoretical Framework, კვლევაში გამოყენებული კვლევის მეთოდებისა და მასალის დეტალური აღწერა;

7. კვლევის შედეგები - Results of the Research, კვლევის შედეგებისა და მიღებული მონაცემების დახასიათება, მათი ვიზუალიზაცია, შესაბამისი ილუსტრაციებით (სურათები, გრაფიკები, ცხრილები);

8. კვლევის შედეგების ანალიზი - Analysis and Interpretation of Results Obtained, კვლევის შედეგების ანალიზი და კრიტიკული შეფასება, მათი შედარება ძველ პუბლიკაციებთან;

9. დასკვნა - Conclusions, ნაშრომის პრაქტიკული და თეორიული მნიშვნელობის შეფასება და შეჯამება, მნიშვნელოვანი რეკომენდაციების გაცემა მომავალი კვლევებისათვის.

10. გამოყენებული ლიტერატურა და ციტირება - References and Citation

10.1. სტატიაში გამოყენებული ლიტერატურის ნუსხა უნდა განთავსდეს ნაშრომის ბოლოს.

10.2. ავტორ(ებ)ი

გამოყენებულ ლიტერატურას თუ ჰყავს ავტორი ან ავტორები, ჩამონათვალში განთავსდება ავტორთა გვარი ალფაბეტის მიხედვით. ამასთან, დაცული უნდა იქნეს შემდეგი სტილი:

10.2.1. წიგნი:

10.2.1.ა.ა. წიგნის შემთხვევაში მიეთითება: ავტორ(ებ)ის გვარ(ებ)ი და ინიციალ(ებ)ი, წიგნის დასახელება, გამომცემლობა (ბრჭყალებში), ქალაქი, სადაც გამოიცა, გამოცემის წელი, წიგნის გვერდების საერთო რაოდენობა.

10.4. ელექტრონული წიგნი

ელექტრონული წიგნის შემთხვევაში მიეთითება ზუსტად ისე, როგორც ბეჭდური წიგნის შემთხვევაში, იმ განსხვავებით, რომ აქ დამატებით უნდა მიეთითოს ვებგვერდი ან ლინკი, სადაც ეს ელექტრონული წიგნია განთავსებული.

ხოლო ციტატის ბოლოს მიეთითება ისე, როგორც ჩვეულებრივი წყაროს შემთხვევაში:

მაგ.: [25, გვ. 45], სადაც, „25“ არის ამ სტატიის რიგითი ნომერი გამოყენებული ლიტერატურის ჩამონათვალში, ხოლო „გვ. 45“, ესაა ამ წიგნში 45-ე გვერდი.

აქაც დასაშვებია ავტორის გვარის ჩამატება, თუმცა სავალდებულო არ არის.

10.5. სტატია ინტერნეტიდან

აქაც ანალოგიურად, როგორც ჩვეულებრივი სტატია, დამატებით დაერთვება ლინკი, სადაც ეს სტატია არის განთავსებული და ბოლოს გადამოწმების თარიღი.

10.6. ისეთი გამოცემები, რომლებსაც ავტორი არ ჰყავს, როგორიცაა ნორმატიული აქტები, ენციკლოპედიები, განმარტებითი ლექსიკონები და სხვ. ლიტერატურის ჩამონათვალში იწერება მას შემდეგ, რაც ავტორების ნუსხა ამოიწურება. აქაც სასურველია წიგნის, გამოცემის ჩამონათვალი ალფაბეტის მიხედვით დალაგდეს მსგავსს წიგნებს შორის, თუ მათი რაოდენობა 1-ზე მეტია.

10.7. ისეთი წიგნები, რომელსაც ავტორი არ ჰყავს, მაგრამ ჰყავს რედაქტორი ან სარედაქციო კოლეგია, მაშინ მიეთითება დამატებით რედაქტორის ან მთავარი რედაქტორის გვარი და ინიციალი.

10.8. ვებ-გვერდი

თუ წყაროდ მითითებულია ინფორმაციის გლობალური ქსელი - ვებ-გვერდი, მაშინ ლინკი უნდა მიეთითოს მთლიანად და როდის იქნა გადამოწმებული ბოლოს – რიცხვი, თვე, წელი.

მაგ.: 1.http://untreaty.un.org/ilc/teksts/instruments/English/draft%2520articles/74_1996.pdf - უკანასკნელად იქნა გადამოწმებული - 15.03.2020.

11. სქოლიო

სქოლიო გამოიყენება იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ რამე ვრცელი განმარტების მიცემა უნდა ავტორს კონკრეტული წინადადების ბოლოს, ან თუნდაც სიტყვის განმარტებისთვის;

12. ვინაიდან ჩვენი ჟურნალი და მასში გამოქვეყნებული სტატიები მოხვდება საერთაშორისო ბაზებში, იქ პროგრამა კითხულობს (ეძებს) მხოლოდ ლათინური ანბანით, სავალდებულოა ქართულ ენაზე შესრულებული სტატიის ბოლოს გამოყენებული ლიტერატურის სიაში ქართული ლიტერატურაც ლათინური ასოებით მივუთითოთ.

ამისათვის საჭირო გახდება „გამოყენებული ლიტერატურის“ ორი განსხვავებული ფორმატით წარმოდგენა: 1. ქართული ასოებით - ჩვეულებრივად ბეჭდური ვარიანტისთვის; 2. ლათინური ასოებით - ელექტრონული ვარიანტისთვის.

მაგ.: ვიღაცამ გამოიყენა ლოიდ ქარჩავას წიგნი „ბიზნესკომუნიკაციები“. ის უნდა ჩაიწეროს ასეთი ფორმით:

13. სხვა ტექნიკური მოთხოვნები:

13.1. ტექსტი აკრეფილი უნდა იყოს Word-ში, Sylfaen-ში, შრიფტის ზომა 12, ინტერვალი სტრიქონებს შორის - 1,5, ველების დაშორება მარჯვენა-მარცხენა მხარეს 2 და 3 სმ. შესაბამისად, ზედა და ქვედა – 2,5 და 2,5სმ. ტექსტი უნდა აიკრიფოს გადატანების გარეშე. ცხრილები გადაყვანილი უნდა იქნეს JPEG ფორმატში. სტატიის მინიმალური მოცულობა უნდა იყოს 8 გვერდი A4 ფორმატის*.

13.2. სტატია იბეჭდება ქართულ, ინგლისურ, რუსულ, გერმანულ და ფრანგულ ენებზე. ნებისმიერ შემთხვევაში, აუცილებელი მოთხოვნაა, ანოტაცია მოგვაწოდოთ ქართულ და ინგლისურ ენებზე მე-3 პუნქტის მოთხოვნათა შესაბამისად გაფორმებული*.

სტატიის გამოქვეყნების ღირებულება შეადგენს - ჟურნალის ერთი გვერდი 10 ლარი, რომელსაც ავტორი გადაიხდის დადებითი რეცენზიის მიღების შემდეგ, ხოლო ჟურნალის ღირებულება – 1ც. 10 ლარი*.
